The shimmering pattern covering this piece creates a beautifully vibrant and lively surface. Each mark has been individually applied by hand using a brush, in a deliberately obsessive-complusive manner. The construction of the base enables the sculpture to look as if it is elevating, while the shape takes you upwards to the punctuation of a solid, intense colour.

This piece was created by using coiled and slab-built ceramics, finished with acrylics. The mount is made using a combination of Welsh slate, and Medite Tricoya, a very durable and weather-proof type of MDF.

Suitable for indoor and outdoors display (but because of the finish indoors is recommended).

Size: Height 81cm x Width 24cm x Depth 24cm
